PRINT ADDICTION wants you to be 100% happy with your products and so prides itself on providing superior quality products combined with high quality printing.

To return a PRINT ADDICTION Personalised product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at info@printaddiction.ie  and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Damaged or faulty items. (Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 3 days of receipt.)

All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. 

What cannot be returned: Returns will NOT be accepted after 28 days of receipt of purchase. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

PRINT ADDICTION takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for personalised items that have been approved by the purchaser i.e:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Errors or miscommunication by the customer regarding print detail i.e. - print position etc. 
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Print Addiction does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their final design is proofed ready for printing.

Returns for refund: must be made within 28 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 28 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
